Refund Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do but if you are not satisfied with a product please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue with you. 

We may ask you to send us photos or other documentation on the basis of your dissatisfaction before we process a credit or refund. Any refunds issued will be refunded to the original method of payment and will automatically be applied to your account within a certain amount of days. In the event that you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank account or credit card as it may take some time before your refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and still not received your refund, please contact us at . 

Please visit our FAQs page for advice on starting solids and remember it takes an average of 10 times of tasting a new food before a child will eat it on a consistent basis. It’s totally normal for them to make funny faces, spit out food, or eat small amounts during the early days of solids and this doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t like it. The important thing is to continue to offer new foods and flavors to enable baby many opportunities to practice!
