Rachel, our feeding therapist
We work with Cayman Theraplay feeding expert Rachel Lawrence, MOT, OTR/L to create our menu. We purposefully focus on nutrient dense ingredients to create the texture, flavors and nutritional value required to support each stage of your Tiny Spoon’s development. Eating different textures helps develop feeding skills, reduces the chances of picky eating and prompts the natural oral motor patterns required to manage tougher foods.
Verdant Isle, our farmers
Our Exclusive relationship with Verdant Isle ensures we grow and source the finest seasonal ingredients for our meals. Operated by young Caymanians passionate about modern and organic farming techniques this farm has beautiful red soil and access to natural wells supplying fresh water. The elevation is high and the grounds are fertile, perfect for growing crops especially for us and your Tiny Spoons!
Stef, our founder
With so many mothers and caregivers returning to work before their little ones have started the weaning journey, our founder Stef could see a place in the market for quality, nutritous meals for all ages. We created Tiny Spoons to take the stress out of prepping for parents and caregivers of Cayman and to provide an alternative to grocery store, shelf-stable products which may just be older than your baby!
